Dan Neumeister

Many writers lack good medical coverage. Unless you are already successful, or well on your way to being quite successful, you likely cannot join most unions and other organizations which help provide and coordinate your medical insurance and generalized coverage options. This results in a lot of writers trying to make a go of it without any coverage at all, or paying astronomical rates for what amounts to substandard coverage from large, cut-rate firms.

Daniel Neumeister has extensive medical employment experience and may be able to help. While insurance and coverage is not really his field of specialty, he has worked in tandem with many boards and executives to help make great things happen. It is very possible he would be willing to work with you and/or one or more of your local hospitals to help make coverage available to you and other writers in your area.
