I am not a big traveler, nor am I big on the out-of-doors - and by "out-of-doors," I mean literally anything outside my front door! But one of the things I love to do is dine-out.
Maybe it comes from the years of waiting tables and bartending - maybe it has to do with the fact that I don't have to prepare, cook, or clean anything - but there is something about dining out that I just really enjoy. I don't "club" and my bar-hopping days are long since over, but you do not have to twist my arm to get me to try a new restaurant.
I have never had sushi. Being from The Souf, raw fish and Japanese food are just two of the many things I am not likely to experience in this area. However, I have always wanted to try it and when I do, I intend for it to be at one of those high-priced, beautiful sushi bars. Something like this nobu San Diego sushi bar that you can check out by following the link.
I don't know what "nobu" is either, except that it's masculine... my God, I want to get out of The Souf! There's just no good chance I will ever experience a real life if I stay here...
