Okay, so the purpose here is to make this the Writing department of The Weirding but this is actually a very low priority insofar as everything goes for several reasons, so I haven't gotten to it yet.
However, I was pulling stuff from CDs I burned years ago when people still burned stuff to CDs and I found at least a few dozen stories, songs, poems, articles, journals - you name it - that I wrote many, many years ago. Some of this stuff goes back to the 1990s! That's when the Internet was called "AOL." In fact, I have logs and logs of AOL chats both personal and from The Authors' Lounge (for those of you what know), as well.
Don't worry, I'm not posting any of it anytime soon - like I said, this is a low priority for too many reasons - I just wanted to stop by and say hello and tell someone about all the old shit I came across. I doubt most of it's any good but it was kind of exciting to find all this old stuff, half of which I don't even remember writing, and I know at least some of you have done the same.
But yeah, the entire site is undergoing massive renovations from the ground up - structurally, aesthetically, navigationally, the works - and this is going to be the writing department once all the big parts get put into place, so there should be more activity in the future (though I have no idea when said future will arrive).
I wanted to do a round robin but I've got so much on my plate right this moment that I just don't have time but we'll get to it. Sorry things have been so slow but even though you can't actually see any of it, there's actually a whole lot going on behind the scenes that we hope to start unveiling soon.
