Ionization Makes Food Safer

When Mt. St. Helens erupted, there were a bunch of particles floating around the atmosphere. The reason they are not still floating about is because ionization caused by the sun eradicated them. The FDA and EcoQuest are now using this same process for food.

With all the recent events concerning food poisoning, especially with meats and imported seafood, this could be the big break we have all been waiting for! Now, this all goes beyond what it may sound like on the surface. I could go into more detail, but the link provided explains far better than I ever could. The process is completely safe and non-toxic and was originally developed by NASA for use on long-range space flights.

The process has not been fully tested and years of research may lay ahead before it is put into actual practice, but this is great news for all of us. Follow the link above for more information.
